Week 14 #bumpwatch


I'm so glad I documented my first pregnancy on here... I was under the impression I was rocking this pregnancy and that it's so different already then before. A quick check back to Jan. '13 reminded me I'm I'm pretty much in the same boat. But...although my bump looks bigger I'm still 2 sizes smaller then I was.

How Far Along: 14 weeks! (2-7-15)

Size of the Baby: A lemon

Maternity Clothes: I'm still wearing all normal clothes, but took all my maternity clothes out..they're all way too big. I didn't realize how much I lost in my legs and butt! 

Stretch Marks: Honestly I really haven't paid too much attention. And haven't tried to prevent. I don't think I got too many or noticeable ones last time either.
Weight gain: I'm still down 8lbs. Early on I started losing weight, not much to be too concerned though reassured by my doc. I will soon gain it back!

Sleep: I've been having some pregnancy insomnia almost every night... I am so exhausted by like 6 or 7 and ready to climb in bed with Kenzie but sometimes I'm still up for a few hours watching tv. Or I'll wake up at 3 and be up until of course kenzie wakes up and then I just want to go back to sleep.

Best Moment of the Week: nothing that I can remember during this week, but just last week, or week 13 we found out lil baby is lil sister! Kenz was a little concerned what was happening to Mommy's belly but it was special all 3 or 4 of us was there!

Movement: I think I've felt her little flutters but unsure still...

Food Cravings: Chinese food! In particular, chow mein.

Gender: Baby Girl!

Belly Button in or out: In, but I used to definitely have an innie...now after last pregnancy I guess it didn't go back in as deep cuz at the end of the day I'm noticing my belly button is pretty much flat and close to being an outie.

Anything making you queasy or sick?: No not anymore. Up until just recently I couldn't even cook dinner..especially chicken. I did find though that for some reason now I can't really tolerate dairy.. I've replaced milk with coconut milk and just don't eat yogurt anymore...

What I miss: For how much I love wine, I'm actually not missing it really. I do miss the energy. And as silly as it sounds, I so miss a lot of my favorite advocare products...especially the MNS E and my pre workout stuff. Just made all such a difference at the gym.

What I'm looking forward to: My big ultrasound..it's in a few weeks.

Nursery: Sisters get to share a room! It'll make everything so easy too. Everything in one place! Little sister will be in our room for the first six months anyways by our bed in the rock in play which will probably be around the time Kenzie moves into a toddler bed so it'll work out perfectly. I'll just probably get a couple things here and there to tie in her lil sis' name too... ps. Still no idea on her name!

Emotions: I would say I'm not too emotional. By the end of the night I get a lil stressed out cuz I'm so tired and can't wait for Bob to get home. And maybe will cry at movies or tv a little easier.


And so far this bump is making it's grabs entrance at the gym but I'm feeling amazing!
